I keep noticing that DECA conversations get hard to follow fast when people only talk about the compound name and leave out the rest of the context.
Sometimes the replies end up sounding like everyone is talking about the same experience, but they're clearly not. Training phase, food, recovery, and whatever else was being run at the same time can change the whole tone of the discussion.
When you read a DECA thread, what details make the post actually useful to you?
For me, the most helpful threads are the ones that explain the bigger picture instead of dropping one-line conclusions.
