How to calculate peptide doses correctly (BPC-157/TB-500 math explained) - colinmiranda - 10-23-2026 Since the BPC-157 and TB-500 sections are new, thought I'd share the dosing math that trips up most beginners: 1. Find concentration: vial mg x 1000 / mL of BAC water = mcg/mL (e.g. 10 mg + 2 mL = 5,000 mcg/mL). 2. Find draw volume: target mcg / concentration = mL (e.g. 500 mcg / 5,000 = 0.1 mL). 3. Convert to syringe units: mL x 100 (e.g. 0.1 mL = 10 units). The most common mistake is treating "units" as a dose — units measure liquid volume. If you'd rather not do it by hand, this calculator handles all three steps: https://mypeptidecalculators.com/ Not medical advice — math education only; always consult a qualified professional. |
