What does helpful support from a partner look like day to day?
#1
If your partner knows you're prescribed tirzepatide and wants to be supportive, what would you want that to look like on an ordinary Tuesday? Being asked how you're doing might feel welcome. Being asked for a progress report every evening might feel like another obligation.

Would you rather they wait for you to bring it up, ask occasionally, or help with something practical that has nothing to do with weight?

There's room between never mentioning it and making it the main topic at home. What would you ask a well-meaning partner to keep doing, or stop doing? You can answer without sharing any treatment details.
